The Body as a Mine
I often say that our body is like a mine - a khadaan full of elements, resources, and possibilities.
Just like a mine has procedures, guidelines, and systems, our body too needs discipline to stay safe and functional.
A good diet, waking up on time, the right habits, and the right thoughts - when these rules are ignored, the body becomes weak, diseased, and inefficient.
A mine works the same way. If we don’t follow the right processes, it becomes unsafe - not just for us, but for everyone connected to it

The Real Owner of the Mine
If my body is a mine, then who is its owner? Who is the sanchalak?
It is not the eyes, not the limbs, not the brain. It is me - the soul.
The silent presence behind the eyes, unseen but ever alive, made of the five elements. The soul decides how this body-mine will run.
And to operate it safely, the soul must stay connected to the Supreme Soul - the highest authority, the one who gives wisdom, power, clarity, and direction.

Connecting With the Right Authority
To run the inner mine - my body safely, I must connect with the Supreme Father. He is my DGMS: Directorate General of Mental & Spiritual Safety.
From Him, I receive guidelines, strength, and the inner discipline to operate my life-mine in the safest, most productive way
And for the mines we operate outside - the real mines of this world - there is also a rightful authority: DGMS - Directorate General of Mine Safety.
If we work in harmony with them, safety becomes not a formality but a culture.

Safety First - In Every Mine
Whether it is the mine within or the mine outside, the principle is the same: Safety first.
If the soul operates without guidance, mistakes happen. If a mine operates without compliance, accidents happen.
Rules are not restrictions they are protection. Long-term success comes only when safety becomes the foundation.

The Contact Number to the Supreme
To connect with the DGMS of the soul the Supreme Soul the contact number is always available.
It lies deep within the heart, in silence, in stillness, in self-awareness. And to connect with DGMS for the mines outside, our respected officers and representatives are here guiding us, supporting us, and leading with responsibility.
When both connections stay strong inner and outer productivity rises, lives are protected, and every mine becomes a space of trust, harmony, and purpose.
