HIS JOURNEY

FROM LEGACY TO PURPOSE

Born in Legacy

Born in Legacy. Built by Discipline. Guided by Spirit

“Some inherit wealth. Some inherit purpose and some, like me, spend a lifetime discovering both.” Yashpal Singh Parmar was born in 1983 in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh — into a Rajput lineage known for its heritage, prosperity, and business acumen.

Although his childhood was surrounded by privilege, Yashpal has always held a deep sense of gratitude for his parents. They gave him more than comfort - they gave him character, opportunity, and a way of seeing the world with humility and responsibility. Every school he entered, every value he grew up with, and every door that opened for him was rooted in their guidance, their sacrifices, and their unwavering belief in him. For that, he remains profoundly thankful.

His childhood was surrounded by abundance, but even as a young boy, he carried a quiet sense of independence — a desire to earn what he received, not merely inherit it.

The Foundations

The Foundations: School, Sports, and Spirit

His journey began at Christian English School, but destiny soon took him to Daly College, Indore, one of India’s oldest and most prestigious boarding schools.

Daly College, became his home of growth - where sport and discipline shaped who he was becoming.

Sports became more than a hobby - it was his discipline, his passion, his first teacher of life.

He excelled in track & field, athletics and academics.

He scored 75.4% in 10th and 80.20% in 12th, but his real lessons came from the school ground. A natural leader, he represented the school in cricket and travelled to Australia for the first time as the youngest player on the touring side.

The second time he returned to Australia, he wasn't just a team member - but his natural leadership abilities made him the unofficial captain, a guide who was guiding the squad with clarity and composure during one of their most memorable overseas runs.

Those early years taught him what pressure, preparation, and presence truly mean - lessons that stayed with him long after school ended.

The Leap Abroad

The Leap Abroad: Learning to Begin from Zero

After finishing school, Yashpal enrolled in Kirorimal College (Delhi University) for B.Com, but his heart sought a bigger horizon.

With the help of IDP Australia, he moved to Melbourne to pursue a degree in Accounting and Finance at Deakin University

Two years in Warrnambool and one year in Melbourne gave him not just education — but evolution. He completed his graduation with 68.65%, but more importantly, he learned humility. Despite coming from immense privilege, Yashpal chose not to rely on comfort.

To sustain himself, he worked at Coles Supermarket in 2006 — lifting boxes, stocking shelves, and living independently.

In 2007, he got his first corporate role at National Sterling Financial Management as an Insurance Administrator.

That experience shaped his belief that true respect is earned, not inherited.

“In Melbourne, I didn't just study accounting — I studied life. I learned that dignity comes from doing, not from being born into.”

The Return

The Return: Building, Learning,Expanding

In 2008, Yashpal returned to India — answering his family’s call to join their businesses. He balanced his CPA studies, which he completed in 2011, while immersing himself in the family’s automobile dealership business — a Tata Motors agency in the Sagar division.

Under his leadership, sales soared, systems improved, and the brand grew stronger than ever. But Yashpal was never one to settle. In 2011, he transitioned into the family’s mining and construction enterprises, marking the true beginning of his professional ascent.

He became Director of Khajuraho Builders & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. and Khajuraho Stones (India) Pvt. Ltd., leading projects of national scale — including the Lalitpur–Singrauli Rail Project. The mining industry became his crucible — testing his resilience, leadership, and judgment.Through relentless work and strategic insight, he helped grow the family’s empire and built a personal net worth crossing ₹1,000 Crores. Yet, with every milestone, an old question echoed louder: “Is success enough?”

Spiritual Awakening

The Awakening:From Material to Meaning

The turning point of Yashpal’s life came not in a boardroom, but in silence. Years of work and wealth couldn’t quiet a deeper call — the call of spirituality. He began studying philosophy, meditation, and the teachings of higher consciousness. He realized that life’s truest measure isn’t how much one accumulates, but how consciously one lives.

His marriage to Lovey Parmar, a woman of elegance and depth, further anchored this realization. Together, they nurtured two children — Shivanshika and Shivansham — named after Shiva, representing the formless, ever-present energy that guides their lives. “Shiv to me is not a god in shape or form.He is existence — calm, infinite, and ever-present.I try to build my life in that image.”

Entrepreneur Reborn

The Vision Reborn: From Wealth to Purpose

In 2025, Yashpal moved to Indore — carrying not his family empire, but his personal purpose. He founded Shivanshika Estates Pvt. Ltd. (SEPL) — a company rooted in Conscious Realism, a philosophy that merges business with soul. SEPL invests in premium, sustainable real estate, building spaces that breathe trust, value, and responsibility. Unlike traditional developers, SEPL doesn't flip properties — it holds, nurtures, and curates them for legacy.

It partners with top names like Kalpataru, CBRE & HSBC while promoting ethical, eco-friendly construction. Alongside SEPL, Yashpal launched Shivansham Mining Pvt. Ltd., returning to his roots with a mission to practice ethical, responsible mining. “I'm not building empires anymore — I'm building ecosystems of trust.”

The Athlete Within

The Fire Within: The Sportsman'sSoul

Though his professional journey took him from boardrooms to mines, his heart never left the field. Sports — especially cricket, MMA, gymnastics, and yoga — became the expression of his inner discipline. He believes every human should be a Super Athlete — mastering the three pillars of strength, flexibility, and control.

To turn this belief into action, he has begun sponsoring MMA fighters from Indore competing on global stages and is now developing a professional MMA League, aiming to make combat sports a household movement in India. “Sport is not about victory; it's about virtue — discipline, endurance, and humility.”

Entrepreneur Reborn

The Present: A Life in Alignment

Today, Yashpal Singh Parmar stands as a rare blend of spiritual insight, business intellect, and sporting discipline.

His life mirrors his belief - that purpose is not found in one pursuit, but in the balance between mind, matter, and motion. He lives consciously, works ethically, and moves relentlessly - building wealth not just of money, but of meaning.

“I’ve lived through ambition, achievement, and awakening. Now, I seek only alignment - between what I think, what I do, and who I am.”
